Returns
All returns must be shipped within 30 days from the purchase date. Returned items must be new and unused.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please email customer service at order@724id.ph to request a return shipping label. Once received, securely pack the items in their original packaging and send them back.

Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. For exchanges of the same product, please contact us at order@724id.ph.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within approximately 7 business days. You will receive an email confirming the refund.

If you have not received your refund after this period, please first check your bank and credit card statements. If still missing, contact your bank or credit card company, then reach out to us at order@724id.ph.
